I feel I must write to thank you for the time and effort put in by the whole team at Compass.
Absolutely could not have gone through this mine field on my own and your knowledge of who to keep contacting to move things forward I am sure played a very important part in securing this outcome. An outcome which I still can’t quite believe!
So thank you all so much for your assistance in this matter and in particular a huge thank you to my advocate Katherine Fretwell, her calm support and expertise throughout both meetings was invaluable.
Thank you all again, couldn’t have done it without you.
