Compass CHC are pleased to welcome Matt Goodstadt to the team, joining as our new CRO.
Matt is an experienced and passionate business leader, helping grow businesses by focusing on people development and customer satisfaction. Matt will be working with our New Enquiries Team, Advisory Team and wider teams, to ensure customers get the best advice and service to secure their loved ones the care they require. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring others, and recently qualified as a Level 5 coach, expanding his skills to help the team at Compass exceed those goals.
