Matt Goodstadt
CRO
As CRO, Matt works closely with our New Enquiries and Advisory Teams and the board of Directors. Matt is an experienced and passionate business leader, helping grow businesses by focusing on people development and customer satisfaction. Matt will be working with our New Enquiries Team, Advisory Team and wider teams, to ensure customers get the best advice and service to secure their loved ones the care they require. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring others, and recently qualified as a Level 5 coach, expanding his skills to help the team at Compass exceed those goals.
Matt joined Compass because it has a real social purpose, something that is important to him in his work and personal life. Having previously worked for a business that helped the public sector deliver services to citizens, Matt brings a wealth of business improvement experience. Outside of work he dedicates time to Action for Children, supporting vulnerable children, and co-chairs the England South board of Boycott your Bed, a sleepout event to support the charity. Matt loves going to concerts, the theatre, and especially cooking and travel, so he can experience new cultures and sample different types of food.
