Tim is the founder and Chief Executive of Compass CHC.
Tim founded the business in 2014 and operated as its Managing Director until January 2023 before moving to the role of Chief Executive. He is a qualified (non-practising) solicitor.
In his spare time Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and young family.
