“We have been on a long journey from initial complaint all the way through to national panel. Despite obvious flaws in the assessment process the local CCG steadfastly refused continuing nursing care.
Without the support of Compass we would have probably given up early in the appeals process. Compass were very professional and kept us well briefed throughout and given the level of their expertise in these matters we feel their fees were not unreasonable.
